The hotel’s restaurant is your invitation for a gourmet journey to discover the regional delicacies. Chef Luc GROUBERT will share with you a seasonal homemade cuisine showcasing the best of the Ardèche, including trout, poultry, charcuterie, snails, mushrooms, sweet chestnut desserts (such as soufflé and crème brûlée) and honey.
Our attentive team are on hand and happy to help you discover the great treasures of Ardèche gastronomy. Every evening and at Sunday lunchtime, enjoy these delights in our contemporary-style dining room, which is air-conditioned and was renovated in 2017, or on our terrace if the weather is good.
In summer, we offer our hotel guests a great poolside snack service for lunch by the swimming pool.
Lunch: Sundays from 12pm to 1:30pm
Dinner: every evening from 7:30pm to 9pm
Groups welcome for lunch and dinner year round except during the Christmas holidays.
